Can't make a character

I made a char at first but i crashed while making it then i loaded in again and deleted the char and now i cant make a character
 
Can you provide a screenshot , We are also aware of this and a fix is being implemented as soon as possible.

Just says the name is took but i know the name isn't
 
and when i do change the name and stuff im still not allowed to make a character

Or is there a way i can get a name change
I was able to make a char just not in that name for some reason
